Springbok Casino pending withdrawal: find the hold-up before you chase it

Last checked 9 October 2026 Fix steps first, then the human route

Short answer

A Springbok Casino pending withdrawal is normal at first. Springbok only starts processing 48 hours after the request, works Monday to Friday, and touches nothing until your documents are approved. Verification page If that wait is over and your verification is done, ask live chat for the status with the request date and amount to hand.

What “pending” means at Springbok

Pending is the gap between asking for your money and Springbok starting work on the request. At this stage nothing has gone wrong. Springbok’s verification page sets a fixed wait of 48 hours before processing begins, and processing only happens Monday to Friday. Verification page

Weekends stretch that wait. A request made early in the week normally clears the wait on a working day. A request made late on a Thursday, on a Friday or over the weekend runs into Saturday and Sunday, when nothing is processed, so it usually only starts moving the following week.

How a request moves

  1. You ask

Your withdrawal request goes in. Nothing more is needed from you yet.

  2. The first 48 hours

The fixed wait. Springbok does not begin processing before it ends. Verification page

  3. The next working day

Processing can begin, but only once your verification has been approved.

  4. After processing

The money goes out by your payout method. See the note below on why we quote no arrival time.

Why we give no payout time

Springbok’s banking page and one of its own articles give different arrival times for the payout methods once processing is done. Rather than pick one, this guide sticks to what Springbok states plainly: a wait of 48 hours, then weekday processing. Banking page

Verification comes before any payout

If this is your first withdrawal, check verification before anything else. Springbok processes no withdrawal until your documents have been approved, and its verification page sets out what it wants to see first. Verification page

What Springbok asks for

  • Your government-issued photo ID with your full name, copied in colour on both sides. A South African driver’s licence does not count.
  • Proof of address dated within the last 90 days.
  • If you paid in with crypto, a photo of yourself holding that ID.
  • Proof of your card or eWallet, but only if Springbok requests it.

The verification page names the Account Verification link in the cashier as the place to upload. If you sent everything a while ago and have heard nothing, tell support the date you uploaded; that is the detail most worth giving.

Mind the deadline

Springbok’s T&Cs let it lock an account and void winnings when requested documents are not supplied within 4 weeks. T&Cs If that has already happened, our locked-account fix explains how to ask for a review.

Other rules that hold back or trim a payout

With verification out of the way, these rules from Springbok’s T&Cs and banking page decide whether a request goes through, and for how much.

Rules to check against your own play
What to checkWhat the rule saysWhat you can do
Each deposit played onceA withdrawal request is only accepted once every deposit has been wagered at least once. T&CsIf a recent deposit was never played, ask support whether that is what stopped the request.
A deposit bonus still runningEach deposit bonus has to be fully wagered, at 30x the deposit plus bonus, before you can withdraw. T&CsNot sure how much playthrough is left? Ask support before you request again.
Bet size while a bonus was activeWinnings from bets above R100 on a bonus are voided. T&CsIf winnings were removed, ask which bets were affected.
Games played while a bonus was activeBets on games that do not count, made before wagering is complete, void the bonus and its winnings. T&CsAsk for the game names if this is the reason you are given.
Winnings from free moneyFree money such as no-deposit chips can be cashed out only up to 5x the bonus unless the offer says otherwise. T&CsExpect anything above the cap to be removed rather than paid.
The amount you asked forEach payout method has a R500 minimum Banking page, and at most R25,000 can be withdrawn in a week, a limit Springbok can change. T&CsFor a larger balance, ask support how the rest will be paid out.

These are the clauses as they touch a request that is already waiting. For the full wording and the exceptions, read the clause-by-clause guide to Springbok’s withdrawal and bonus rules.

Bitcoin or Wire Transfer: what differs

Springbok pays out by Bitcoin and Wire Transfer, each with a R500 minimum. Banking page A payout usually goes back to the method you deposited with, and the T&Cs leave the final choice of method to the casino. T&Cs

Crypto adds one step to verification: the photo of you holding your ID. Without it, a first payout cannot start. Verification page

Springbok says it charges no fee on either payout method. Springbok article Your own bank or wallet provider may still apply its charges, so check with them if the amount that lands looks short.

Bonuses wait until the payout is done

Springbok’s T&Cs say a player with a pending withdrawal cannot receive bonuses until that withdrawal has been processed or cancelled. T&Cs

Put that next to a second rule and the lesson is plain. Coupons have to be redeemed in the cashier before you deposit and are never added afterwards. T&Cs So a coupon used while a withdrawal waits will not give you the bonus, and nothing in the T&Cs lets it be added later. If you mean to claim an offer, let the payout finish first.

The T&Cs do speak of a pending withdrawal being cancelled. The cashier sits behind a login and we have not seen whether it shows a cancel option, so ask live chat if you need one.

Tempted to cancel and play on?

Cancelling a payout to keep playing, or to qualify for a bonus, is one of the signs worth noticing. Let the withdrawal go through. If stopping feels hard, the NRGP line on 0800 006 008 is free and confidential, and our play-responsibly page covers Springbok’s own deposit limits and self-exclusion.
